Return policy

Terms common

-        Goods will be returned when found to be in wrong shape. The type, quantity or quality of the product does not meet the commitment.

-        Return time: within 1 day since delivery date. After this deadline, BLC will not accept return requests.

-        Renewable goods will be delivered back in a tank, other containers in accordance with the volume agreed upon in the contract.

-        Products must be returned in their original condition: unworn used, original tank, container, complete accessories if any, invoice or Valid purchase documents.

-        BLC and customers conduct inspection together products at the customer's laboratory or tested at a reputable third party credit (according to the signed contract or by choice) to determine the party's fault come on.

-        Shipping costs for returning products are borne by which party causes error:

·        If the error is from BLC's side (wrong product, defective product, product quality and concentration do not meet standards...), BLC bears all inspection costs, return shipping or negotiate a discount for that shipment if the customer still agrees accept.

·        If the error is from the customer's side (test results in accordance with the standards and quality according to the contract), customers bear the inspection costs themselves determination, transportation.

-        Refund or product exchange: BLC will perform refund or send a replacement product after receiving and inspecting the returned product. Refund/exchange time will be specifically notified depending on the situation.

Procedure for returning goods at BLC

a)     Submit a return request

·        Customers please contact directly Room BLC Business via hotline, email or staff in charge to notify Condition of goods to be exchanged/returned.

·        Provide order information, product code, quantity and reason for return, accompanied by product images for BLC to verify.

b)    Confirmation from BLC

·        After receiving the request, BLC will check the information news and feedback within 24–48 working hours.

·        BLC and customers will conduct the inspection together products according to the terms agreed in the contract.

·        In case the product is eligible for return, BLC will Notify the handling plan (exchange for a new batch, exchange for another product or refund depending on the case as agreed with the customer).

c)     Return the product

·        Customers for the entire product need to return it Tanks, containers, kept in original condition (unused, intact stamp/label).

·        Transport products to your warehouse/factory address BLC according to instructions.

·        Shipping costs are borne by the party causing the error (error determined based on the results of product testing according to the two-party method unified).

d)    Check and process

·        After receiving the goods, BLC conducts an inspection Product condition within 1–2 business days.

·        If the product meets return standards, BLC will proceed onion:

Change to new product: immediately send replacement products to customers.

Refund: transfer or pay according to the method originally used, within 7 working days.

e)     Complete return

·        BLC notifies customers of processing results.

·        Customer confirms receipt of exchange/refund product money.
