a)     Applicable subjects:

·        Applies to all customers purchasing chemical products of BLC, including business customers (B2B) and large orders.

b)    Prices and discounts:

·        Product prices are clearly shown by BLC through newspaper consultation Price, on the contract, may change from time to time (raw materials, shipping costs transfer,…). After confirming the order, the price is committed to remaining stable.

·        Discounts apply to large and single orders recurring customers or loyal customers.

c)     Thanh toán:

·        Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, use cash, pay before delivery or according to contract agreement.

·        Customers need to pay on time according to conditions agreed to have the order processed to the next steps.

d)    Delivery & distribution:

·        BLC coordinates with partner Sai Transport Joint Stock Company Gon (VTSG) to ensure delivery on time as committed in the contract.

·        Customers need to check the product when receiving the goods (type, quality, quantity, concentration) before signing for confirmation.

e)     After-sales support:

·        BLC provides technical consulting support, answers questions, Instructions for use and preservation of the product.

·        In the event of a product defect due to manufacturing, Customers are supported to return/refund according to the "Return Policy".

f)     Loyal customer care policy:

·        Special offers (good prices, shipping support, support technical support) for recurring or large customers.

·        Notify in advance about promotions, instead Change prices or adjust policies to loyal customers.

g)    General regulations:

·        New orders will be processed upon confirmation from BLC (about product, price, quantity, quality, delivery time).

·        Any disputes, if any, will be resolved by agreement contractual agreement or applicable law.

·        BLC reserves the right to adjust/update policies sales when necessary, and will notify customers in advance when there are changes.
